It's.. decent, I guess

Got it in the spring sale for €800, my thoughts:
* Factory setup was ok, very playable.
* Frets are extra jumbo and highly polished But seems to me they get micro scratches easily from the strings. I'm not a heavy-handed player!
* I've seen multiple sources, if the maple in this neck is quarter-sawn or flat-sawn. I'm not sure, I think it's flat-sawn. Removing string tension does move the neck a fair bit.
* Neck is good, almost Ibanez-wizard shaped. U-shaped, 19mm at the 1st fret, 21mm at the 12th.
* Electronics are great, definitely the highlight.
* Hardware is alright, the tremolo works well. I don't think anything needs to be modded/upgraded here.

Cons:
* A bit heavy - 4kg. I know, ash is heavy.
* There was some fret sprout, I fixed it with musicnomad abrasives.
* Personal taste, but the edges of the body could be a bit rounded maybe, it's a bit too modern!

Would I recommend? I'm not sure, at €1300 probably not.
