Now this is a fine piece of equipment. Both versions of the Carbon Copy are great, but with the "Deluxe" version you get the best of both worlds! You get warm analogue delay PLUS you have the option to press the "bright" button and get more modern and brighter tone. Moreover, it's built like a tank. You just can't break this thing! Finally, it's extremely versatile as it allows you to tweak most of the effect's settings. Honestly, I don't think there is better analogue delay pedal out there.

Good Pedal
Robert-Roberto 19.11.2020
It does what it's supposed to, delay and reverb, and does them well. I use it for harmonica. If you play amplified harmonica, you need a delay pedal. A friend recommended this one to me; he had another but said that this is a particularly good one and the one I should get. From what I'm seeing, it's engineered really well. I still haven't learned everything there is to know about it; I still need to learn how to properly use various other of its functions such as the tap beat. Anyway, I can highly recommend this pedal.

Amazing pedal, takes a little getting used to though.
Merijnvb 25.11.2025
The pedal sounds like a carbon copy should, but what it did beautifully was move the knobs that were first hidden in the back compartment to the front so those are adjustable on the fly.
The tap tempo works amazingly and definitly that it gives delay options on the tap tempo, sadly it only does this on the tap and only the tap but lets be honest it is easier to dial a delay in by foot anyways.
The new bright switch is something special and I still don't know how to explain it but overall this pedal is just sheer lushness and not much to complain about really.
In my opinion this pedal is a solid 9, it is almost perfect but because you gotta learn how to handle certain stuff on the pedal it barely isn't a perfect score for me.
Overall I would recommend this delay as it simply does what it has to do the best.
