Game changer! - consistency, accuracy and detail
I first tried one of those when I caught one at a Mastodon show, used by Bill Kelliher. I thought it'll be a fun thing to try for a second, with such a sharp point. It took me an hour to decide that I don't wan't to play with anything else.
I immediately gained speed, consistency and control just by switching over to those. I thought those pointy ends will lead to less detail but it's the opposite, I can control every move way better. Used to play Tortex Wedge 1mm, haven't touched one since :).

Hard wearing hard playing picks
These picks are really fun to use. They have the nice grip surface on them and they're not likely to slip out of your hand unless things have got really really wet.
The picks are quite hard and certainly don't ben at all when you use them. They are super sharp too making them excellent for lead guitar work and the quicker the better.
The hard picks will last a very long time and they kind of improve after you've used them a bit and they get a slight roundness to them - well in my opinion anyway.
When you need to get very clean picking, especially when you mix that with the need for playing quickly (even more so with rock or metal), these are excellent picks to go for. Buy lots of them.

Sharp Attach and Speed
The pointy tip of Tortex Sharp is a superb design to me as I can pick a bit faster and it sounds clearer than other more round tips pick.
I used it for two weeks (normal practice at home) and the tip is still good. No observable wearing yet. It is considerably durable.
