My go to picks
These have the right thickness and they are not slipping through my freakishly sweaty fingers.
I used them mostly with my electric and specifically for lead stuff, well actually everything other than chord strumming because I prefer thin picks for that.
They last a couple of months of daily use before they lose 2-3 mms.
Worth trying in my opinion if you have slippery hands.

hard to find on the floor
This pick is great for bass players. It is very stiff. Because of this it produces a great and clear sound. I also use it sometimes on my acoustic guitar where it produces also a very hard and clear sound. One problem is the "colour" of it because it is nealry invisible when it is lying somewhere.

Almost the ultimate pick, for me
Pro's:
- Durability (better than the Tortex line)
- Sound (more prominent attack than Tortex line, subjective)
- Grip (equal to Tortex line)
Con's:
- Price?
- Sharp/raspy edges when used extensively
If the grip would be improved even more, I would consider these to be my #1 choice.

Ultex!
I bought these just to try out and although I have my preferences with the delrin picks I found these to be quite good. they do wear down particulairly quicly I find but have a nice clean attack and I would prefer them to tortex.

My Favourite Picks
They are very rigid giving you the same amount of control as a much thicker pick without the added bulk. When you dig in hard with them it really makes the guitar scream. Perfect for modern rock, metal and other aggressive playing styles.
