This arm is sturdy and works perfect for what you need, you can use it as a close secondary hithat or open it a little bit and you have a stack sound, worth buying it!

I have 4 hihats/trashhats on my kit. Bought this one to fit a trash-hat. Works and is easily adjustable. Only bad thing: when you turn the clutch to change the tune, the metal is getting bad easy.
