The Efnote 7 is an e-drum set for users with the highest standards; in terms of sound quality, playing dynamics, and even its outward appearance, it can scarcely be distinguished from an acoustic drum kit. Four six-ply birch shells, all the size of a classic studio drum kit and equipped with double-ply mesh heads, instantly create a familiar atmosphere when a drummer takes a seat behind their new kit. Of particular note are the cymbal pads, whose trigger elements are distributed over the entire playing surface. There are over 100 multi-layer sounds, with the focus exclusively on incredibly authentic acoustic drums, making the Efnote almost a one-to-one replacement for an acoustic drum set – just more versatile.

Whereas many e-drum manufacturers try to outdo each other in terms of the number of module sounds, understatement is the order of the day with the Efnote 7. The module, which features a high level of workmanship and is equipped with a touchscreen, offers 101 top quality sounds, and anyone who can do without electronic sounds and effects will be more than happy with this. The sounds can be edited in many ways and stored as user samples to 128 memory slots. In addition to 20 preset drum kits, 80 memory slots are available for user kits. A Bluetooth function enables drummers to wirelessly jam along to their favourite songs on a smartphone, and for recording sessions, the Efnote 7 can send eight separate channels to a computer via USB.

With its chic vintage look, the Efnote 7 is an absolute eye-catcher on every stage. Hardly anyone in the audience will notice that it is an electronic drum kit, and the sound that comes out of the PA speakers is in no way inferior to an acoustic kit. The setlist function, which enables entire concert setlists to be saved, makes this kit an even better choice for live performances. au delà de mes espérances

Je suis encore sous le choc. La qualité sonore est excellente, et surtout le touché et la sensation de jeu sont hallucinantes, c'est la première fois que je suis aussi proche d'une batterie acoustique avec un kit electronique. Pourtant j'ai eu par le passé une roland TD20, yamaha DT xtremeIII, 2box, mais là il y a eu une grosse avancée. Le charley est le meilleur que j'ai rencontré, sensation à la grosse caisse identique à une acoustique. Certes c'est beaucoup d'argent, mais la qualité reste et le prix s'oublie. J'ai carrément retrouvé l'envie de jouer. Le module est intuitif. le seul bémol est l'écran tactile, il faut toucher à droite de l'icone pour que ça selectionne, pas pile dessus. Je suis bluffé par la sensation de jeu. J'ai commandé une crash, un tom de 10 et une splash pour me faire un set complet tellement je suis enthousiasmé par ce kit. EDIT du 19/06/22 pour éviter toute imprecisions sur l'écran tactile comme je le mentionnais j'ai trouvé la solution: il faut utiliser le bout de la baguette et c'est juste parfait.

Etant passé par une 2box drumit5, remplacée par une ATV EXS-5.
Cette batterie électronique à taille réelle me faisait de l'œil depuis un moment.
J'ai donc franchi le cap...

Cette batterie est une pure tuerie tant en sensation qu'en qualité sonore et expressivité.
Pour moi si je synthétise c'est du son ATV en mieux avec du paramétrage inspiré des Roland VAD.

C'est une batterie acoustique electronifiée.
Il est important de noter que si vous rechercher des sons disco mobile type Roland vous serez déçu.

D'ailleurs la Roland VAD 706 ne m'a jamais convaincu (sans parler du tarif prohibitif)

La bateria tiene calidad, buen sonido e interesante. El sistema de software y pantalla se ve antiguo por el precio que tiene la bateria. Algunos acabados no son lo bueno que deberia pero se ve superior a otras que he tenido. Es recomendable a pesar de lo comentado!

Nach wochenlanger Recherche haben wir uns nun für das Efnote entschieden. Ersetzt wurde das alte Roland Set meines Sohnes mit den kleinen pads. Deshalb auch das 7er, um realistische Trommelgrößen zu haben. Als nicht Drummer habe ich mich mehr um die Optik gesorgt, bin aber sehr positiv überrascht. Das Set sieht sehr professionell aus und macht sich gut im 'Kinderzimmer'. Habe mich im Vorfeld lange mit dem Thema E-Drums beschäftigt und habe gesehen das zum Beispiel die Snare vier! Triggermodule verbaut hat.
Das absolute Highlight des Sets sind die Becken und die HiHat. Das klingt fantastisch und fühlt sich super an. Die Becken sind recht hart und entsprechen viel mehr der Realität (leider auch etwas lauter dadurch). Das Drummodul ist straight forward. Da es mit echten samples arbeitet (nicht wie beim V-Drum) kann man hier nicht so viel einstellen, was ich viel besser finde.
Wenn man eine einfache all in one Lösung sucht, mit guter Optik würde ich hier immer wieder zugreifen.
