7.5 out of 10 for me
I've used a lot of pedals from budget to premium level over my 40 odd years gigging. As a somewhat affordable pedal this one fares pretty well.
I played around with it until I got "my" sound. Although I did find with the threshold near the max the warble of the chorus kind of made it sound like the pitch was slightly off. The tracking wasn't 100% to my ears at that setting.
However, I have the threshold set much lower than the max and I don't hear a tracking issue when set at that level.
It's a solid choice of pedal below premium level pedals. Perfect for live gigs but if recording I'd probably go a step up.
It's between a 7 and an 8 out of 10 imo. I gig with it pretty regularly but when recording I use my EBS chorus which is approximately 2.5 times the price of the Electro Harmonix so the higher end components are better suited to the studio.
Good pedal though.... 👍

Basic chorus, good sound quality. Not the best built quality.
Sound-wise, nothing special to say: if you’re after a classic chorus sound, it delivers. Clean. Built quality is pretty rough though: switch is hard to operate and make these awful hard clicks (glad I’m not playing in a quiet acoustic band!). Jacks inputs are also pretty rough and I’m always worried of damaging my cables having to insert them so hard. Not a fan of Electro Harmonix on that front.

Not bad for Guitar use-I like it.
I took it for guitar use..
I ended up to the Bass clone instead the guitar one..
And i am really satisfied with my decision..
Its the same but with more tones and 80's style..
The hiss is there, but it was like this in the 80's anyway..
And yes you can play Nirvana for sure..

Excellent classic sound, satisfactory built quality.
Great sounding chorus, but with rather audible noise (its level depends upon control settings). "X-over" lever is a nice feature. Build quality satisfactory bearing in mind relatively low price, but not on pair with TC Electonic (for example). No country of origin marked anywhere (in Thomann's site is stated USA).
