Solid active pickup

The pickup works very well for slap bass lines, but not very well for lower end stuff e.g. motown. The mid and highs are high in the output. If you are looking to play rock this pickup is great.

Mounted on my fleabass, and on my Araya LTD(2 volume 1 tone).
Good sound, but its almost no differece in the tone.
I expected more difference in a active system, but I dont know
