Der 40P5 ist ein sehr cooler Pickup. Mein billiger Ibanez Gio 5-Saiter Bass klingt wie verwandelt.

Der 40P5 wurde in der Bridge-Position verbaut und der 40j am Neck.
Leider haben beide um 1mm nicht rein gepasst und es musste leicht am Holz gefräst werden. Selbiges mit dem Kabel-Kanal innen.

Ansonsten klingt der Bass nun super!
Schöne, offene Mitten und viel Höhen.
Bisschen weniger Output und meiner Meinung nach kein extrem dickes Low-End. Eher ein bisschen brillianterer Sound.
