The best compromise
Found it to be the perfect size for 25 & 25.5 scale length.
The 3 plain strings are easier to bend then 10's but not as soft as 9's. Also suitable in 25.5 when tuning half step down (Eb).

I bought this set to put on a 24.75 inch scale guitar, in an attempt to compensate/achieve the string tension of 9s on a 25.5 inch guitar. May I say, what a great set of strings. They feel great, play great and most importantly, they let the guitar shine through. I have since ordered more, for special occasions.

I go back and forth between these and Daddario. WIthout comparing them to more elaborate product such as the elixir ones, Ernie Ball and Daddario are definitely my favorite brands for traditional strings
