Flexible and versatile
We use these via DMX on small stage events. We fit them on mic stands for amber backlighting, on clamps for colored side lighting, or on the floor as uplights.
After reading several reviews of this product, I happy to say that all of them worked out of the box, and the blackout button on the remote works fine.
Could have wished for more light output, but for the price, it's on the money. The amber diode really makes this handy in more "theater"-like setups.
Tilting downwards on a stand is a bit tricky without angled plug-adapters. But I guess that's what you get for buying a compact piece.

Solid - but poor light mixing in nearfield
Bought to test it out as a potential architectural uplight.
The unit is small, light, sturdy and solid. Light output is decent, nothing awe-inspiring, but the color options with the RGBAWU LEDs are great.
Color mixing in the near field (up to about 1m) is poor, does not work for my intended application of lighting up pillars and walls. At some distance this is not a noticeable problem.
Straight power connector is also a small drawback as it interferes with the mount in some angles, shipping with a 90 degree one would be good.
