Good guitar but i was expecting a bit better

This is a good quality guitar, i bought it hoping that it would be a bit softer for the left hand, especially when you play bare chords.
In the summer season i play every evening for six months, so i need a soft as possible guitar.
Two years ago i bought from Thomann a Harley Benton Hybrid Steel , and i have to say that this guitar is as good as the acousticsonic.
I have an amplifier Boss special for acoustic guitars, and i can't hear the difference in sound from the two guitars.

Both of the guitars are adjusted by a professional technician so they are "low" as possible in order to be soft for the left hand.
