It's a lovely looking and feeling cable, but not the best connection

The cable has the lovely fabric cover with the retro fender look, but unfortunately the connection is not good. The 1/4 inch jack doesn't fit tight and moves about which causes noise.
I got a replacement from Thomann, but the second one has the issue too, so I believe Fender has a "not-so-great" product.
