Nice strap but not for neck heavy instruments

I ordered the Fender running logo strap for my black Squier Jaguar short scale bass.
The strap itself is pretty well made for the price and looks good in black & white and matches my bass perfectly. The holes were quite tight but after a bit of effort the strap fit snugly onto the strap buttons. I certainly won?t need any strap locks. Unfortunately the material is a little to smooth and tends to slip on the shoulder. Therefore I would not necessarily recommend the strap for a guitar or bass with a heavy neck as it could cause neck dive. I tried the strap on my telecaster and it fit nicely without slipping.
So in conclusion it's a nice cheap strap from fender but not for neck heavy guitars/basses.

Good for guitar, somewhat uncomfortable for bass

Among cheap straps this could be your best option but that does not mean this is a very good option. If your main instrument is heavyish (bass, 8 string guitar or just heavy) this will likely cause pain where it touches your shoulder as it has nothing in place to smoothen the touch.

So I recommend using this strap with instruments you don't spend too much time with

Fender Stratocaster

Ordered this strap together with my stratocaster. It is good quality, affordable and looks great. It has an unique but subtle look to it, it's not flashy, but it stands out with the classic Fender logo on it.
It is not very wide, but then again, the strat is a light instrument so the strap does the job perfectly. It feels good on the shoulder, and after almost 3 years of using it, I never felt the need for straplocks, as it is very safely clamped on the guitar and stays there without causing worries, even in live situation.
Would recommend it to anyone.

So I bought this for my dad with his Telecaster and he loves it, fits perfect with the black on white.

I have noticed however that the holes on the straps are normally really small so some require stretching, but all was sorted.

Had a minor problem with this strap at first, the holes were that tight I couldn't get the strap through the strap nuts/whatever you call them. I had to slit them open to get the strap on. But now its on it wont be coming off anytime soon. really comfy too :)

Works great with Fender Mexican P Bass

Bought this for my 2012 Fender Mexican P Bass. The bass sits nicely balanced and comfortable on my shoulder.

If your guitar neckdives, you might wanna consider a wider leather strap. Otherwise it works great
