Affordable and good
Dark Cross Guitars 17.01.2022
I have a second hand Squier Strat made in Korea, bought without the trembar.
Since it's white hardware is all yellowish, I had to stain the plastic tip to match ( the tip's white colour against the yellowish tones was like a spotlight in the dark, and the tips sold here were too different from my hardware tone ).
Nicely chromed and fitted perfectly in a six point tremolo.

About three years later, I bought another one for another guitar, but strangely the break angle of the bar was different. Weird...! But since it served it's purpose, I'm keeping the rating. But so that you know what to expect if you're looking for a bar that matches the original one in your guitar...

It's a piece of bent metal.

Seems sturdy enough, but have not used it yet. Got it on the off chance that it would fit an old Fernandes Revolver guitar that I lost the trem arm to ages ago. This will go in the parts drawer, and some day it might be used for it's intended purpose.

A
Fender Squier Trem bar
Anonymous 30.01.2015
I bought this to fit on to a Squier Stratocaster that I bought second hand and came without a trem bar. The guitar in question was a Japanese HSS strat with a standard vintage style 6 point tremelo. From the serial number it looks as though it was a pre-silver series strat produced in 1993.

Sadly this tremelo bar did not fit. The threads were not the same. So it's going in my parts box for future use. The quality of the bar itself seems okay but the plastic tip feels a little bit cheap. It's not bad, but you can tell the difference from a high quality one on a Fender custom shop for instance.

I actually got this for a '76 Strat that had a stripped out trem block
I retapped the block to 10mm for the Squier bar, added a cream plastic tip (though that had to be drilled out, couldn't find one with 10mm socket anwhere)
It needed to be angled down a little more to match the original but was a match in length.
It looks the part and should last another 40 years or so!
