A really nice "vintage era" tele
The sound and feel is really good. Weight is 3.4 kg. The relicing is tastefully made and the nitro finish feels really thin and will definitely start to age gracefully. All the bumps leave marks really easily. The relicing of the fingerboard looks a bit different than the pictures - there is a lot more of black "dirt" and grime in some places near lower strings and nut. But it only shows in lower light andwas a bit annoying at first.
The neck was sticky but after a week and a couple of rehearsals it already feels a lot smoother. Truss rod needed a bit of adjustment. There was one tiny chip out of the lacquer near the nut, on the edge of low e string. Something definitely bumped into it after assembly because the string was affected also. But since it was a road worn I accepted it as a feature not a bug. On non road worn guitar I would have sent it back. The case was wooden Fender case. Also the static crackle on the pickguard is a annoying thing that needs some attention, but as I understand it is a common problem for teles. But overall, really nice intrument.
