Macht, was erwartet wird

Kompressoren sind von den meisten eher ungeliebt. Es ist halt ein Effekt, den man nicht hört (hören sollte).
Speziell für akustische Instrumente ausgelegte Comps gab es bisher eher nicht, oder nur in Kombination mit EQ oder sonstigen.
Der Fishman ist da anders. Nach Abstimmung der Lautstärke wird der Kopressionsgrad eingestellt. Kommt der Kompressor an seinen Arbeitspunkt,zeigt das die LED an.
Länglich ist das Gerät völlig neutral. Es scheint gut abgestimmt mit den Frequenzen eines Piezos zu sein. Eine Veränderung des Klangs konnte ich nicht feststellen.
In Verbindung mit einerDAW sieht man aber, daß die Wellenformen kaum einen übermäßigen Ausschlag zeigen, was eine die Arbeit des Kompressors bestätigt.
Also, ich habe Spaß mit und werde ihn nie mehr vom Pedalboard nehmen.

Necesario para la pedalera de acústica

Es realmente muy pequeño, fácil de usar y no colorea el sonido para nada. No tiene ningún misterio, es simplemente un compresor. Es muy práctico por su tamaño, es muy robusto y la compresión que hace (aunque no es exagerada) es más que suficiente para la guitarra con la que lo uso, una Martin D-35. Es de esos pedales que lo acabas teniendo siempre enchufado.

Ein guter Compressor zeichnet sich m. E. dadurch aus, dass man ihn im eingeschalteten Zustand eigentlich nicht wahrnimmt. Genau das ist beim Fishman der Fall. Er ist absolut klangneutral, komprimiert sehr "harmonisch" und fällt erst dann auf, wenn man ihn wieder ausschaltet.
Ich habe ihn auf meinem Akustikboard, neben 2 Delays und einem Reverb Pedal. Dort bleibt er "always on". Super!
