Doesn't tune very well

I bought this to replace my snark tuner which broke after a fall. This tuner is crap, I couldn't tune the low E for example, the tuner showed it was in tune but it was way off so I used a tuning app on the phone which did the job. I wouldn't recommend this tuner, buy the snark instead (same price).
