Nice, do the job, but note that:
I wanted them taller...
So I assembled them heretically by using both the short and the tall posts to raise the height to about 17 +cm!!! (Needs at least another 8 screws and some drilling)
Of course the stability is now compromised...
The term "adjustable height" actually concerns only the initial assembly, which is recommended to be permanent not only because it takes time to change the setup, but also continuous changes will result in wearing of parts, especially the MDF stabilizers: Be cautious how to treat them, they easily peel off during assembly.
The posts are plastic...
The feet are attached by sticking...
Pros:
-The acoustical decoupling is achieved. The difference is audible.
-They look nice in the living room too, not the case with the more stable and sturdy desktop monitor stands for studio use.
Cons:
- Quality of MDF stabilizers
- A little pricey

Recommended for Speaker placement and isolation!
Provides very solid monitors/speakers placement and
isolation or decoupling from the desk surface with a very solid build quality and overall very good value for money.
The only drawback in this design IMO is that the
Initial setup is little bit cumbersome in the sense that you need to assemble the device with the proper height parts and of course this procedure needs to repeated in case your Height/Angle setup needs to change.
Overall still highly recommended for monitors decoupling and sound
improvement.

Good but...
They do their job, that is decoupling the speakers from the table to avoid unwanted resonances and also they can raise the speakers a bit and angle them to point them towards your ears. As it pertains to sound I have nothing to complain.
That said, the problem here is that the MDF dents easily, and the screws are very tiny and prone to strip. Using the properly sized screwdriver I wasn't able to tighten them before they started to strip.
Keep in mind that the screws are there for added security and you could assemble the whole thing without using the screws at all (like I did).
Overall they work for the price, but if you want a long lasting solution you should spend a bit more.

Seem to work well
First time I've used de-coupling stands and they seem to work well. These are easy to assemble - no tools required, the pieces slide together with a tight fit. Angling the stands is done by adhesive feet that are supplied which are applied to the base. This is not something you can change without removing the pads and re-applying.

Pretty cheap
They do a fairly good job, but once you have them put together you can't really disassemble them to change the height later on.

Pretty good for the value.
+They will improve the isolation of your monitors from the table.
+Perfect fit for KRK 5s.
-As others mentioned, the PVC legs are pretty snug, and that will chip the MDF plates.
