Needed for a pair of Bluetooth-less speakers, gets the job done.
Quality, as expected over bluetooth, but for the convenience of having my speakers working with my phone, it is worthy.

This device has one purpose, to receive a Bluetooth audio signal and pass it to 1/4 inch outputs, and it fulfills this purpose without hassle or ceremony.

Pros: easy to use since it has just one obvious button; the color blue reminds people that it's related to Bluetooth; plug and play, no hassles.

Cons: the Bluetooth name of this device is "BT4.0" which in my opinion is not obviously associated to this device. I would have expected "Fun Generation BT" or something like that. I hardly believe you can customize the name either. The build quality is also simple and cheap, but gladly it's sturdy.

This has been a great time saver when setting up quickly at PA gigs - throw the basics in and get some house music going via this. We've found it reliable and a strong connection - just don't go off back to the van with the source device in your pocket... The connection won't hang on for more than 30m, understandably!

The PSU is a little fragile - as is the power socket on the unit itself - so I expect this will be the point of failure for the unit.

Overall, a good quality product reasonably priced. What more could one want?
