Not the best, but useable
The first order I received had a manufacturing issue. The holding arms weren't of the same length and I had to push one of the arms that was mounted in the main stand back for it all to line up. This however made the connection very insecure. Thomann sent me a new pair that seems fine. The biggest issue is lack of adjustability. You can't adjust the height or the width, and the width changes depending on how big the keyboard/synth/midi controller on your main stand is. I'd suggest you put some kind of plate on top of it and then put your synth on that. I use it for my Korg Minilogue xd which doesn't weigh much.
As with all things you get what you pay for, and I didn't pay much and didn't get much in return. Good for home use, but if you're a self respecting performer you'd probably go with K&M stuff for on the stage.

Decent, but the screws are too fragile
It does make the stand more useful and gives you extra space for your setup, but the screw parts can break off pretty easily, which is disappointing. It works well enough once it's set up, but considering the build quality, I think it should be cheaper.
