Bought 9.5 rods to work with a DW tom holders which came with standard heavier gauge rods 12.5. Ball socket on Gibralter same size
as DW so no problem there. I intend to use 9.5 L-Rods with some new Ludwig tom mounts fitted to a Craviotto drum set in place of a R.I.M.S mount which came with the set.
