This was part of a much needed overhaul of my '78 LP Custom. There was never any question in my mind but that it was going to be an original Gibson part. My guitar tech did all the work, of which this was one small piece, but his feedback was positive with regard to fitting it. Needless to say it looks great and the small tuning issue arising from the forty year old worn and tarnished bridge is now resolved.

Not as described!
Drew95 23.07.2020
It is described as being un-notched, which it was not. Very misleading and customer service did not even apologise for the deceptive product description. I expect better from Thomann.

It was time to change my old Gibson bridge, so this is exactly the same but new and shiny, works great.

Genuine replacement bridge (gold h/w)
Anonymous 20.01.2015
I bought this to perform a gold hardware conversion on my Midtown Custom, it was a direct replacement, so no modification required.
The saddles however are blank, so you will need to file out the grooves for your strings to fit :)
Arrived in genuine Gibson packaging, shipped quickly by Thomann.
