Questions that arise time and again, especially in exhibitions and when it comes to shop design: How and where can lights, banners, and other items required in order for merchandise to be displayed successfully be installed in a presentable manner? The F32 modular truss system from Global Truss has all the answers to these questions, as it can be used to make customised constructions that are perfectly tailored – for example, grid ceilings for exhibition stands. In addition to the typical aluminium look, the modules of this system are also available in black. The F32 truss system is suitable for both mobile applications and fixed installations, for the latter of which Global Truss also offers specially developed wall brackets to allow the truss system to be suspended.

Light but strong

The F32 truss system from Global Truss is a TÜV-certified two-point system with 50×2mm chord tubes and 20×2mm diagonal bracings. The aluminium modules are assembled with a special conical system that's driven into place using a copper hammer to ensure a secure friction fit. The F32 series is designed for a span of up to 10 metres. Despite its lightweight design, this system is capable of carrying a substantial load when the span is moderate: At a span of 5m in a 1m grid, the given limit for centrally placed, concentrated loads is 349kg, and for concentrated loads at the positions placed at one-third of the span it is 262kg. If the span is reduced to 4m, the limit for centrally placed concentrated loads can be as high as 439kg.

Das kleinere aber genause Feine

Global Truss ist ein sehr gefestigter Name in der Brange der Truss- und Riggsysteme. Und das auch mit gutem Recht. Die Qualität steht für sich! Dieses Truss ist demnach wie zu erwarten war ein durch und durch einwandfreies 2m 2-Punkt-Truss.

Die Verarbeitung ist 1A! Die Schweißnäte der Braces sind gut, sauber und solide. Das Truss ansich ist schön leicht und damit sehr gut im Handling. Die Conusverbinder laufen sauber rein, doch musst ich schon beim rsten Einsatz die Bolzen mit einem Hammer gut durchhauen, da die Löcher im Truss und in den "Eiern" nicht sauber übereinander lagen. Schade. Da hatte ich mir mehr erhofft. Dennoch hält das Truss was es verspricht und ist in keinem weiteren Punkt irgendwie negativ aufgefallen.

Sehr schön finde ich persönlich die Lösung für die Information der Belastbarkeit. Ohne da einen extra Zettel mitzuschicken, den man eh wieder verlieren würde, wird ein kleines Etikett mit einer kleinen aber ausreichenden Tabelle direkt auf der Truss geklebt.

Die Belastbarkeit ist natürlich nicht mit der einer 3-Punkt oder gar 4-Punkt Truss zu vergleichen. Aber wer das erwartet, ist dann schon ein Stück weit naiv. Es ist ja klar, dass ein 2-Punkt-System nicht die Stabilität eines Systems mit mehr Gurtrhren aufweisen kann. Physik. Demnach ist dieses System für kleinere Anwendungen oder Backdrops hervorragend.

Ein Hinweis an Thoman. Ich bin bei der Sternebewertung ei Truss auch für Handling und Belastbarkeit!

Leicht und robust!

Die Traverse ist wirklich ein muss für jede gute und sicher Lichttechniklösung! Ich selbst habe mich für diese leichte Variante entschieden und muss sagen, dass meine Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt wurden. Die Traverese ist wirklich ein Fliegengewicht im Transport und bei Events schnell aufgebaut. Untereinander lassen sich einzelne Traversen auch super einfach kombinieren... ich empfehle hierbei immer einen Gummihammer, falls mal ein Sicherungsbolzen verkanten sollte.

In Kombination mit der Triggerclamp Easy von Globa Truss spart man sich viele Mühen, da Geräte in Sekunden hängen. Im großen und ganzen kann ich diese Traverse nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hierbei voll und ganz!

Das GLOBAL TRUSS F32200 TRAVERSE F32 ist genau das was ich immer gesucht habe. klein handlich und perfekt für alle situation durch die 2 verstrebungen perfekt zum verlegen der kabel zwischen den einzelnen scheinwerfern. hält perfekt die lasten aus und ist handlich und kompakt passt in jedes kleine auto und ist leicht zu verbinden mit andern Truss teilen also ich kann es es nur wärmstens emphelen ich habe jetz 2 systeme in dennen ich das GLOBAL TRUSS F32200 TRAVERSE F32 nutze und bin äußerst zufrieden.

Traverse für professionelle Ansprüche

Dieses Produkt ist eine gute 2-Punkt-Traverse (Länge=2m), taiwanesischer Fertigung. Sie macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck - von Hand lässt sich da nichts verbiegen. Zudem ist sie sehr leicht.

Sie unterscheidet sich damit deutlich von den einfachen und günstigen Dekotruss, und kann sehr gut zur Aufnahme von Scannern und konventionellen Scheinwerfern eingesetzt werden. Die Schweißnähte sind gut ausgebildet. Um die Schweißnähte herum befindet sich noch eine abwischbare "Schweißspur".

Die Handhabung gestaltet sich denkbar einfach. Einzelne Traversenstücke lassen sich mit den konischen Verbindern (2 Stk. pro Traverse inkl.) und Sicherungsstiften, unter zuhilfenahme eines Hammers, verbinden.
