I was surprised to find that Thomann offers these pieces as I was searching for a while for them to use on my build. They work great, just make sure you use the right size bit to install them (not too big!). They make the rear of the guitar much more accessable without the neckplate.

Good processing and good weight - these are a hard to find item so its nice Thomann carries them. Helps give you that little extra clearance over having a traditional neckplate! The only hard part is installing them on a guitar that is already painted...

An dem Produkt habe ich nichts auszusetzen. Eine Herausforderung könnten eher die passenden Löcher darstellen, wenn sie erst reingemacht werden müssen. Der richtige Weg wäre wahrscheinlich Fräsen mit Schablone. Ich habe es freihändig mit einem Forstnerbohrer gemacht und habe dabei keine sauberen Ränder hinbekommen. Vor einer deckenden Lackierung kann man die unsauberen Stellen zuspachteln. In die bestehende Lackierung gebohrt wird's schon problematischer. ^^ Die hier besprochenen Muffen können aber nichts dafür – die sind schon gut wie sie sind. ;-)
