Stings break reduction is a LIE

I bought this product specialy because the string break "hedemic" problem on the guitar bridge.
When I installed it on my 90's mexican strat I could verify the sustain improves but the "fire proof" would be at next gig.
I play 80's/90's classic rock covers.
So, the first time, in the middle of concert, suddenly I break the 4th string. I change that string quickly and start play again.
Next song, next string break. Now 5th string...
I'm very desapointed about this product.
Is very expensive for the benefits.
