It is a nice mic stand and it works well in most situations. However, it is obvious that this stand is a cheaper version of any K&M stand. The screws are loosening pretty quickly and the connection with the boom arm is already relatively loose.

Good tripod, but the clips tensioning on the telescopic boom arm is not as strong as the K&M counterpart (with screw), so if a microphone is a bit weighty it will change possition.
