Really sturdy, rather heavy
This stereo bar is great for holding two microphones on one stand. It has handy markers to be able to set your stereo array in perfect alignment and has handy guides on there to be able to set up X/Y or OTFR quickly.
The unit is very sturdy, if anything a little too sturdy. The weight of the item means a regular boom stand doesn't quite hold the weight. I use it for drum overheads and I ended up using a drum clamp to hold the boom arm up as the regular stands kept sagging down with how heavy the bar is.
If you want a sturdy stereo bar and don't have flimsy stands in your studio then this is the one!

Solid stereo bar
First of all. This bar is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, it also not the lightest bar out there. So keep that in mind of you need to use it in tight places, like under a partially closed piano lid, or on the end of a long mic-stand boom arm. This isn't a huge problem in the studio, but it can prove difficult to use it live when you only have standard light weight tripod-stands and need to extend the boom arm.
With that being said, this is a excellent product! It's got markings for easy and exact setup, and every mount can twist and turn every which way making it a joy to get the microphone placement just as you want it.
Just keep the weight and size in mind.

Awesome quality!
I am pretty surpirised how high quality all the Gravity products are - and this bar is no exception. It's not the cheapest but you really get a value for your money, and this is for me the most important thing!
Highly recommended!

Excellent
Got it as a bundle with a pair of Lewitt LCT040. It is of excellent quality, like all Gravity products I have, and I am sure it will withstand the test of time. Only thing to keep in mind if it's of importance to you is that it is somewhat heavier than its looks might have you think,

Must have for stereo recording
Im using stereo bars for recording orchestras or chamber music. Usually I was using K&M stereo bar that was quite sturdy and useful but due tu prefabricated fixed 4 holes for microphones, it was useless with longer mics for using XY recording technic. This Gravity stereo bar is perfect! Top notch quality, no flimsy parts, no wobble, fullly adjustable (ortf, xy) even for longer Earthworks mics which I'm using and scale on stereo bar really helps for faster adjustment!
Defenitly worth extra €. Buy it once and you are good for life...

Stable and comfortable.
Stable and comfortable. Convenient that can be folded to the mount. Can be improved - could have been more lightweight.

Great for pairing Mics
I have been using it mainly to do XY and ORTF mic pairing. It's really useful for a faster and accurate placement when recording acoustic guitar and other acoustic instruments.
