Not having any previous experience with such an instrument, this one is a serious deal. Besides the obvious, there is an additional "low cut filter" to accomodate the higher strings. The sustain is incredibly long thanks to the Hagstrom customized truss rod. The overall design is typical for Hagstrom as well - going their own way, while still being reminiscent of something familiar. Highly recommended if you are looking for something unusual.
