Save money - try these….
These string do everything i need them to do.
Reheasal in our amateur band, playing a bunch of gigs for a dancing, not listening and analyzing audience - they do the job absolutely ok.
If i was a Cory Wong or some other guitar hero with an incredible clean sound these would probably not be my choice.
But for me they fit both my needs and my wallet….

First impression is pretty good, we shall see if they last as long as coated strings from another brands that starts with E.
Extra points for nice packaging, all strings come in their own wrapper with gauges clearly marked, makes things easier and doesn't feel like a 'budget' product at all.

Good
They take a while to settle after you have put them on your guitar. But after some stretching and retuning, they will stay in tune pretty well. Good strings for this price.

Better than they first seem
I thought I would try these because they are coated strings for the price of uncoated.
I was a bit disappointed to start with, they are noticeably less bright than uncoated strings - with Elixirs I struggle to hear the difference (with my gear and my old ears). The worst thing was they feel odd, a little rough to the touch when sliding up and down the fretboard. I nearly took them off again.
Due to circumstances (I couldn't be arsed to change them) I persisted and found that, once worn in, they develop a really good feel - as good as Elixirs. I've continued to use them and they are lasting really well. I did have a high E string break on one set but that was due to unusually rough treatment (by my standards).
If you are prepared to spend a little time running them in and don't want the very brightest tone these strings will repay you with a great experience and a long life at an amazing price.

Good quality but not for me
I was sent these as a complimentary gift by Thomann with a replacement item. The strings are very well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and individual plastic wallets for each string.
Fitting them was simple and easy and they held their tuning reasonably well after being stretched.
Unfortunately I am not a fan however, the unwound strings were all sticky to the touch fresh from the box, this is obviously a feature of these type of strings and I just can't get along with them. They make sliding into notes difficult and feel dirty to the touch.
Other players may find these strings perfect but they are not for me I'm afraid.

Why pay more?
Great value strings for much less than branded coated strings and in fact less than regular branded strings. Give them a go.

Very fine
they feel great, sound nice, last pretty long, but just like any other set of strings lose their brightness overtime, this one seems to last pretty long

Good Value Strings
Great at this price-point, if you sweat and change strings regularly, these are a nice option.

Great long lasting tone
These strings are great for the price. The sound is clear and bright and stays like that for a long time. I find you need to stretch them a little when you first put them on but they hold tuning well. They have that sticky feel like the other brands but you get used to that. I find they last a similar time to the premium brands for a fraction of the price.

good for the price
sometimes you need some strings that do a really good job for not too much money. Voila, the HB coated strings. In feel they take a little getting used to (I normally use Ernie Ball or D'addario), but I found myself with a small bit of account credit, and a few guitars needing re-stringing, and took the plunge,
happily buy again
