Sound is terrible. Will not stay in tune. This has turned me off to buying guitars sight unseen.

Not as I expected

Persuaded by the many good reviews I bought this guitar.
Nothing to say about the aesthetics, but the sound is very very poor, flat, untuned (despite the several adjustment made to the truss-rod) and lacks of many overtones.
Surely the mahogany does its part, but the guitar appears to play with many cut frequencies so as to appear out of tune all the times.
I have also replace the current PB strings with 80/20 strings but the sound is still bad.
in addition the shoulder strap peg has slipped off during use and I have been forced and paste it to prevent it from repeating itself...
I think that it would need the intervention of a luthier whose cost would be higher than the cost of the guitar itself...
