Stonking value for the money, but not as good as the old ones.
As everyone has said, this is basically a V30 equipped cabinet for not much more than what a V30 costs.
Construction materials are decent, plywood for the cabinet, the covering is nice, but probably not the most hardwearing. The piping around the front is average at best - but I have to keep remembering the price!
I have two of these in my rehearsal room which were bought used (the V30 version, but with the logo at the bottom right of the cabinet) which had different speakers in, these are superb - so when Thomann had stock again I happily ordered two of them for home.
Sadly, the new ones aren't quite the same quality as the old ones - both of the new ones had a mechanical rattle at volume, and the fit and finish was lacking. Speaker bolts and baffle screws all needed tightening (and they're alarmingy small bolts), and one of the two cabinets had missing shakeproof washers. I also have a Harley Benton MDF 1x12 at home, and that also is finished better.
A shame - I'll give Thomann the benefit of the doubt that these may have been dropped in transit (they were both one shipment, although the packaging showed no signs of damage) but they aren't the bargain they used to be unfortunately.
Still good value, but make sure you check them thoroughly on receipt. Hopefully I got a couple of duff ones - but it's put me off from buying replacements. Thomann customer service was excellent as always.

Good amp for the price. Be wary of overseas shipping
Hard to beat a celestion 30 for this price, but I found the build quality disappointing. The box was inadequately packaged for overseas shipping, and the amp came with a dent, and the box a hole in it. If you receive a damaged product, and you're outside of the EU, prepare to go through a ton of hassle to exchange your item. Thomann will NOT pay shipping charges. After a little pondering, I ended up keeping the item, as it wasn't worth the return shipping price. However, if you're ordering from the US keep in mind that there is no added VAT charge, so if you're willing to take the risk, this is one of the best deals that can be had for under $200.
