Good little guitar
Besides some finish problems, like light scratches and obvious signs of light repair, still worth the price in my book.

More Care Needed on Inspections prior to shipping
I love the feel of the guitar and was initially impressed with the overall quality and sound, but there were some issued that became apparent after playing for a bit. I had read somewhere that all instruments shipped are first inspected by Thomann. So I was surprised at the following;
1-The fret ends were very sharp and needed to be filed down
2-The twelfth fret had to be reset
3-The nut extended a bit over the width of the neck
4-The jack plug was loose
5-The finish on the back of the guitar had a feeling of grit, not properly sanded.
6-A small gap between one side of the neck and the body, that was touched up with paint.
Note these are minor superficial issues easily taken care of. Thomann was notified of the defects offered a replacement and I made the decision to keep the guitar.
I am glad I did.
It is light, with good sound ,particularly through my Spark amp. I like the way feels, period.
The landed cost of this guitar, in Canada December of 2020 was just over $ 328 Canadian dollars, bad exchange rate at the time So not expensive but not cheap.
Overall it is good, enough for me to try one of their electric guitars

Pleasantly surprised
I bought this as a gift for my dad and was blown away by the quality of this considering the price. Sounds great acoustically & plugged in, and comes with a high quality padded gig bag. Stands up to my Taylor GS mini which cost over 5x as much! I’m so impressed by this guitar that I’m now planning to buy one for myself to take on camping trips

Harley Benton GS-Travel-E LH Mahogany
First time using Thomann, was originally worried about not being able to try the guitar before buying, but took a chance. Arrived very quickly, box a bit beaten up but inner box was fine and guitar was OK.
The guitar itself is just brilliant, lovely satin finish, sold mahogany, it sounds excellent and is really loud for a small body guitar. I just can't believe how close it is to the Taylor GS mini in looks and sounds, but at a fraction of the cost. Well definitely be buying again,
go my eye on a couple more.
