Truly, these HB instruments in the 150-200 euro range are a great deal. The guitar feels very nice, balances nicely, is less noisy than my cheaper HB (a sub-150 bass), and is gorgeous.
The pickups are nice jazzmaster type singles, they sound fairly bright, but not so much that they hurt my ears and although the insides aren't shielded, they aren't particularly noisy. It can't chug as well as something with humbuckers, but it does sound quite fat with the tone rolled off a bit.
The finish looks great, mine came with a tiny crack in the neck pocket but it's really not an issue, especially in this price range. The binding is neat, frets are done nicely, a few are a tiny bit uneven but it's an easy fix. Hardware is adequate, it's a simple tune-o-matic style bridge and split post tuners that hold tune well enough (personally I prefer split posts).
The one major downside is that the neck was not selected well at all, there are two sizeable branching spots in the middle of the neck, which so far hasn't caused issues but is not something you want on your neck. A shame, because the neck is otherwise very smooth, a beautiful dark color, and comfortable to play.
Overall, a solid guitar with great tonal range, solid hardware and electronics, and a great look at a great price, but when you buy a cheap guitar you might be dealt a cheap cut of wood
