The electrical section is not working
When I tested the guitar upon arrival, the electrical section wasn’t working. After inspecting the output jack, I noticed that one of the wires had detached from the solder. Under normal circumstances, I would have contacted Thomann and returned the instrument (which Thomann would certainly accept, props to Thomann :) ). However, since this guitar is a gift and a replacement wouldn’t arrive in time for the birthday, and because I’m comfortable soldering electronic components, I resoldered the wire myself and reinforced the remaining solder joints.
That said, the guitar is very beautiful, with a clear tone both acoustically and when plugged into an amplifier. The fretboard wood was quite dry, and a few frets had small visual imperfections. For some reason, the lower part of the body near the strap button had a few light scratches in the finish, and it made me wonder whether this guitar had already been returned due to the electrical issue and was resold without the problem being properly fixed (note that this product is not a B‑Stock item).
For a guitar in this price range, it’s a good instrument if not for the poor build quality of the electrical wiring. I admit I had heard great things about Harley Benton, and since this is the first product I’ve purchased from the brand, I was a bit disappointed, though hopefully this was just an isolated case :).

disapointing
the quality of this guitar just wasn't up to standard, there was still saw dust inside like it had just come off the machine, 3 of the string pins snapped when i tried to change strings, the fretboard has chips and is very rough so you cant bend a note without it sounding like your sanding the neck, also the string action was extremely high and overall it required a lot of maintenance before it could become bearable.

No Fit For Purpose
Originally when I purchased this guitar I was happy with it sounded great, 6mths later I’m really disappointed with it, it’s now been sent back to Thomann 2 times one with a dodgy amp now the power socket is faulty and also the frets are being to poke out leaving very sharp edges and the High E catches, obviously for the price what do I expect but I wish Thomann would just let me upgrade but they insist on repairing it, I’ll just keep sending it back dosnt make sense
