Beautiful guitar suffers from serious fret sprout - no quality control?

This Harley Benton 12-string acoustic looks like a very expensive guitar. Unfortunately, it suffers from serious fret sprout which makes my hands bleed. Should not be up for sale in this condition as it is unplayable.
