Absolutely useless
I bought this spanner in order to be able to quickly adjust the action of my Les Paul type guitar at the bridge. Unfortunately, no matter what I do the teeth cannot get a grip on the "thumbscrews" on the bridge. It also can't grip any hex nuts, it just rounds their edges. Absolute waste especially at the price. My multitool works much better for this application.
Won't be returning this since that would be a waste of resources. Thoroughly disappointed as most other HB stuff is usable.

Ok tool
You must find the correct fit to apply force. Do the job but I have the filling that there are better tools than that. Anyway, for home use once in a while it's ok.

A nice little tool
This is a nice little tool to keep in your guitar case. Of course it won't be quite as nice as having a full selection of socket wrenches etc. but you obviously can't fill your guitar case with all of that stuff! This little tool will save the day again and again, like when you've got a gig in 5 minutes and discover a loose pot or whatever.
Good quality at a decent price.

Useful
This is made of decent and thick metal. Cheap and very useful tool to have around.

Does its job!
Does what it's supposed to do. I had to mark "loosen" and "tighten" sides with a sharpie to make it easier to use, but other than that I have no issues with it. It doesn't have any rough edges and grips just fine.

Not good gripe
A little on the cheap side, not good gripe, do not use, you may scratch your guitar. Fortunately I have a cheap guitar where I try stuff first. I scratched the headstock while changing tuning keys.

Not really...
Partly useful on Fenders (with caveat) but useless on Gibsons. Rather disappointing. Caveat: it can scratch your guitar finish. I recommend putting some masking tape on the side that touches the guitar. All in all a pair of pliers from the old tool box and some masking tape are way more useful the this tool.

Don't work
Don't grip and by pressing more you are facing the risk to scuff your guitars. Useless I am going to use it a door stop. Go to your hardware store and buy a hex tool.

Works, but make sure to not scuff your guitar
Works just fine, but the back is plain with rough metal edges and it'll easily scuff any finish so take care. If there was a version with a felt back that would be ideal.
