Great little bass, very good production quality.
Great finish on the roasted neck, very smooth feel. Came with pretty good setup.
Only thing i had to do is to lower the p pickup a little, as it growled on a bit higher amp gain.
One thing that i am a little bit dissapointed are the tuners, they are not so direct, they seem a bit cheap.
Pickups do sound pretty good.
Also i would rather have two volume pots or one volume and blend, than a switch..
All and all great bang for buck bass.

What a great bass, I have played bass for 50yrs on & off, I own 12 basses so I have a good comparison, fenders, squires, hofners german & china made & this bass holds it's own, good setup out the box, perfect fit in the neck pocket,good paint job, I was planning on changing pickups but no need to really, only negative is the crappy strings, advertised as d' addario definately not. If your a snob & want Mustang on the headstock thats up to you, for me this is great

Surprisingly Heavy

For a short scale bass, this one is shockingly heavy. It is close to the weight of a full blown P Bass. The neck width at the nut is closer to a Jazz size. It's very easy to play and dial in your tone. If I would've known about the two points above (weight, neck-width), I might've chosen another bass. There isn't anything inherently wrong with the bass at all though.

Overall really well made bass. Factory setup was also pretty good. PJ pickup setup with the switch leaves more to be desired but it’s authentic to its other branded counterparts
