The guitar is designed well but unplayable. Strings are a mile high from the fretboard. Half of a truss rod. I kept the guitar but it needs some work done on it. I think I should contact you Thomann over the issue. Only product from HB ever to have issues. I’m positive that Thomann will help me out because they have a fantastic team and service.
