Harley Benton SC-Custom Plus EMG TBF

This guitar is very well featured, lightweight and very comfortable to play. It's the basis for an excellent LP. The frets are super level, perfect in size, and the edges are superbly finished. However they need a pro polish, just a polish to get to a £3k plus small batch high quality guitar standard, no buzzing on this guitar with a low action. The pickups are good, the bridge doesn't allow enough adjustment for proper intonation, so I fitted a tone pros. The tuners were poor, the knurling as almost non existent on the lockers, so I have fitted better one's. The nut is excellent with string height spot on. The finish on the guitar is excellent as good as big price models. Great top fret access too. Guitar rings like a bell, sustain is plentiful. For the money it's an absolute bargain !!.
