This is what you can expect from a cable like this

Honestly if you want a solderless solution, this is as good as it gets, however it's not as good as a soldered cable, but at least this gives an opurtunity for those who want to avoid soldering.
The cable is on the stiffer side of the spectrum. This gives it extra durability at the cost of flexibility. So if you want to bend this in tight places or in weird/sahrp angles, you might have to force it a bit, possibly building up some unwanted internal tension.
I used it as a cheap alternative to make a channel footswitch for my tube amp (I soldered the connections) For that usecase it was a great chioce.

Verkabelung von Pedalboards

Diese Kabel sind ein Segen für die, die ihr Pedalboard (PB) neu einrichten oder neu verkabeln möchten. Zuvor hatte ich mir das "Harley Benton Solder-Free Patch Cable KIT" mit den entsprechenden Winkel-Klinkenstecker besorgt. Damit entfällt das löten, weil die Verbindungen mit dem Kabel stabil verschraubt werden können.
Dieses Kabelkid diente bei mir zur Neuverkabelung des PB, weil neue Geräte dazu kamen und anders angeordnet wurden. Klangverluste gegenüber anderen bzw. normalen Patchkabeln konnte ich nicht feststellen. Eine einfache, gute und praktische Lösung zu einem fairen Preis, die mich bisher auch bei Auftritten nicht im Stich gelassen hat.
