Guitar is not like brand new and cable was not included in the box

The guitar had scratches on it and there was no cable in the box. Also, there is no keyboard setup, bad intonation.

arrived with loose pickup bolts

the pickups had sunk so i took a look and realised the bolts were loose meaning the springs had come loose and i would have to take the pickguard off so i did and i while retrieving the springs i realised that the cables were damaged so i would like a refund or a new guitar or something because this is awful service
