QC issues.
So, I've waited to review this amp for several reasons; firstly, the amp Thomann initially sent me was faulty, there was an awful electrical crackle and hum coming from the amp, essentially, it wasn't safe.
Contacted Thomann who then agreed to replace the faulty item.
*Several* weeks later, I received a replacement, no electrical issues this time, however there are two huge cracks running all the way from the top and bottom of the speaker baffle to where the speakers are mounted on the baffle board.
After experiencing the hassle of returning the last one, I decided to hot glue the cracks myself, which should hold it, (hopefully).
Quite disappointed all in all, the amp has a good sound and having an effects loop is great, but I have no confidence or trust in this amp whatsoever. I will never gig with it for sure, which kind of defeats the purpose of owning one in my opinion.
Make sure you check the QC yourself, because the guy being paid to do it, clearly isn't. 😕

The look is not cheap and quality seems good overall, however, you could see that the screws were not really tighten to the end. I took a screwdriver and did it myself:)
My only real complaint is that is it noisier than acceptable... Once you reach 50% on the gain and volume my unit has a strong background noise doubled also by a helicopter blades noise. Maybe it was the cheap tubes? Maybe it was a faulty item, I don't know. Also, the reverb was bad (again, maybe mine was faulty) At over 40% reverb it was having a strong parallel buzzing sound which was making the reverb unusable. I sent it back :(

Very good if you change tubes
I edited my review in order to help new buyers. I had my first Tube15 before a couple of years. I was pleased. I decided to get another one but I had issues. High noises even when the volume was off, even when i was turned the amp off. After the replacement of ALL the tubes the amp works fine with clear sound. So if you search for a blues sound with low cost go for it but definitely get a decent set of preamp and power tubes.
