Beautiful guitar ,terrible quality control

I ordered it over a month ago, and I had to return it twice. The first time was an issue with the thrust rod so I had to return it, and Thomann after checking gave me a replacement. The second time, the frets were so sharp, that after 5 minutes of playing with it, my hand was sore. On top of that, (Thomann said it is a brand new product) there were grinding signs on the fretboard so I have no idea how it passed a QC, so I had to return it for a refund this time. Very disappointing!
