This is a nice upgrade from the uMidi. It is more capable as it can operate in dual channel but you will need to read the manual as it has multifunction buttons. Not sure when the expander is available but this is great on its own and a lot less hp than the Umidi predecessor.

One of the best 1u modules from Intellijel IMHO, simply because I can trigger my Pallete 62 case directly from my DAW and go wild using sequencers and a lot more. It took sometime to put my head around it but that's because I'm a newbie :P

Ich nutze den Midi to CV Converter für mein 7U Case von Intellijel, um über die CV Ausgänge an meinem Analog Four hinaus weitere Sequenzen per Midi Kabel in mein modularsystem zu speisen.

Ich konnte mit der Config App von Intellijel problemlos die Ausgänge am Modul für den Empfang von zwei Midi kanälen splitten (kostenlos die App runterladen, das case per usb mit dem Laptop verbinden und die App starten). Lief alles einwandfrei :)

Platztechnisch ist das interface für mich mit dem Case die optimale Lösung und durch das einfache anschließen und EInrichten mit pfostensteckern und der app auch für Anfänger eine ganz klare kaufempfehlung.

Darüber hinaus war die Verarbeitung von intellijel wie immer tadellos :)

Indispensabile, ma non solo per gli aspetti positivi

Per la sua dimensione, ha veramente parecchie funzioni rispetto ad altri moduli simili. È configurato di default per la gestione di un un cv è un gate, ma può essere modificato per sdoppiare le stesse funzioni su due diverse destinazioni, sia tramite facilissima configurazione hardware che dalla app dedicata (disponibile per mac e PC). Oltre questo dispone di un divisore/moltiplicatore del clock e i due canali midi possono essere modificati sempre attraverso l'applicazione (di default sono 1 e 2).
La nota dolente è che si tratta di un modulo piuttosto costoso e che diventa indispensabile per utilizzare le porte midi già presenti di default sui case dello stesso produttore. Credo sarebbe stato più utile incorporare questa opzione nel case stesso, anche pagandolo un po' di più, avrebbe permesso di lasciare un maggior spazio ad altri moduli. Al di là di questo credo che sia molto utile e sono contento dell'acquisto.
