Great value guitar — but needs some fretwork before it shines
I really like this guitar overall, and for the price it massively over-delivers in some areas. The pickups, resonance, and overall sound are genuinely very good — better than I expected going in.
That said, it's not perfect out of the box. There are 5-6 frets that sit higher than they should, which needs to be addressed for it to play its best. The string holes in the body also weren't drilled cleanly — whoever did that job needs either better glasses or fewer drinks during their shift. I also ended up swapping out the stock tuners, as they were poor quality.
In short: a genuinely great-sounding guitar for the money, but budget in some setup work and possibly a tuner swap to get it playing as good as it sounds.
