The stoppers that come with the stand seem glued-in, and don't have this adjustable screwhead to expand/contract the stopper to get in and out of the arms.
Look at your default stands' arms closely - and see if you can find a way to remove the stopper. I have tried.
The reason for ordering one (provided free by support, twice) was because one stopper was broken in transit when ordering the stand. They were kind, support replaced it as soon as available. But when I explained the new stopper is awesome but cannot remove the old one, and with a photo, they merely sent me another adjustable stopper. Killer support! But not what I was after...
So broken stopper still. Might just replace the arms, but that's $70 I was hoping to avoid.
