Grundsätzlich bin ich trotz der saftigen Preise ein absoluter Fan des Jaspers-Systems - insbesondere aufgrund der Qualität und der Möglichkeit, aus den diversen Bauteilen individuell "maßgeschneiderte" Racks zu bauen. Dieser Tube Connector ist das erste Teil im System, das meine Erwartungen *nicht* erfüllt. Grund: Der Steckverbinder ist deutlich zu klein im Durchmesser, sodaß er sehr locker im Rohr sitzt (im Gegensatz z.B. zu den sehr schön fest sitzenden Rohr-Endabdeckungen). Zwei auf diese Weise zusammengesteckte Rohre sind daher nur sehr lose verbunden; senkrecht gehalten fällt das untere Rohr samt Verbinder einfach von selbst heraus. Eine solide, feste Verbindung zweier Rohre ist damit nicht möglich; entsprechend ergeben sich erhebliche Einschränkungen bei der Nutzbarkeit zum "Individualisieren" von Jaspers-Racks - Schade!
