It is very comfortable, specially with heavier instruments where the normal neck straps are painful after some time.
The only draw back is the size (if you have a small case).

Design and Manufacturing Fault
Designed to reduce pressure to the neck which it does. However it continually slips down left shoulder and the supporting arm moves to one side of the stomach. Also the screws loosen themselves and need retightening regularly.
