Well...
Its Great and practical for home use.
But i would't recomand it for studio, or stage use. (its a bit flimsy)
its starting to fall apart at the base rotation part.
its just cheap plastic at that part so not really built for hard use.

K&M quality for less money
I have a small rental company, we have many stands. Yes, K&M knows to how to produce cheap microphones stands too. I have one K&M stand from 1979. and it still rocks. I have use this stands almost immediatly when they arrive from Thoman on big concert. These stands are light but very stable. For that price you get K&M quality at low price!

I don't know if I got the right mic stand
The stand i receive looks kinda like this one in the picture, but it arrived in just a simple plastic bag, with no documentation whatsoever. There no brand on a stand itself and i am not even sure if it's really K&M.
Despite that, it looks solid and ready to do it's function.
EDIT: I ran it over with my car accidentally. Not a scratch. A really solid piece of equipment.
